Improved blood seculation, minimized hypertension, better digestion, stronger bones, healthy weight, reduced anxiety, healthy joints, overal strength and balance are among some of yoga’s benefits.

A regular yoga practice can become a primary form of self care or a wonderful addition to other healthy routines.

We will begin the evening sharing a light meal followed by song and reflection. Suggested donation is $10.

This is the first of seven Tuesdays Sacred Space will host a retreat at Glenwood Life Center. We will begin each evening at the table as we share a simple meal together. As dinner concludes we will be led through a brief reflection and meditation laying the foundation for the contemplative practice we will learn that evening. Each night we will engage in a different practice we can use to soothe our anxieties, connect with one another, and encounter that which is deepest within ourselves. The practices will include singing, yoga, knitting, writing, discernment, and art.
